LGC JUNIOR PROGRAMS

ACADEMY MEMBERSHIP

Academy memberships are for middle & high school golfers who have been playing for a few years or more and are looking to improve. All academy members must have prior golf experience.

Included in this monthly membership:

  • 4 Academy Practices - 60 minute small group practice, with practice plans and instruction by Randy Wexter

  • 1 Academy Lesson - 30 minute individual lesson with Randy to focus on individual goals (scheduled at your convenience any time during the month)

Academy programming focuses on all aspects of the game. Some examples include course management, swing training, short game, and how to practice effectively to improve.

Current sessions are listed below.  Once sessions are full, we will start a wait list and offer additional options if available when 4 golfers are waiting and able to make the new day/time.

High School (Grades 9-12) - Wednesday 7-8

Middle School (Grades 6-8) – Wednesday 5-6

TEAM MEMBERSHIP

Team memberships are currently limited to high school golfers with extensive tournament experience and/or members of their high school golf teams.

Included in this monthly membership:

  • Group practice 2x per week - 60 minute small group practice, with practice plans and instruction by Randy Wexter

  • 1 Simulator Hour - 60 minute simulator practice session where team members can play 18 holes on any golf course on the LGC network, practice on the range, or hop into the playground to practice specific skillsets (scheduled at your convenience any time during the month)

  • 1 Lesson - 60 minute individual lesson with Randy to focus on individual goals (scheduled at your convenience)

Team programming focuses on how to compete and stay competitive at tournaments. While there is still focus on swing training and short game, Team programming also focuses further on tournament rulings and rules of golf, mental preparation, and tournament planning going into summer.

We are currently on a wait list for team, however, once we have 6 golfers waiting we will open additional team practices.
